△！caution – for cooking with hot water:
– be careful not to burn yourself.
– do not cook in boiling water. doing so may cause the bag to rupture or result in burns.
– add heat slowly over low to moderate heat. remove air from the bag and place a heat-resistant plate or similar surface on the bottom of the pan.
– to prevent the bag from bursting due to steam expansion, tie a knot as close to the mouth of the bag as possible.
– do not allow the bag to come in contact with the bottom of the pot or the skin of the pot. the bag may melt.
△！caution – for microwave use:
– use in microwave oven only up to defrosting mode, and do not use for cooking.
– do not defrost foods with high oil content (fried foods, curry, stew, etc.) in a microwave oven. the oil content will become hot and may melt the bag.
– be sure to transfer the food to a dish or other container before defrosting.
– when defrosting, open part of the bag before defrosting.
– leave the top loosely opened and not tightly shut for proper heat ventilation.
